The staff provided exceptional great professional service with a smile for two guests unfamiliar with Quebec. I would rank them in the top 1% of all the hotels I have encountered in over 50 years of travel. I would definitely stay here again. The 72 hour free buss passes were an additional bonus since we were using public transportation.

Very nice and quiet hotel, May I add, that the breakfast is best in all of Québec, you do have to pay for breakfast, but it’s well worth it!

This is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Comfortable beds perfect location friendly associates and amazing food for breakfast and dinner at Fenouilliere. Special mention of Camille and Etienne and all the servers.

This has been our “go to” hotel for many years. We brought our kids here when they were growing up and it always has felt welcoming. At the beginning of the pandemic my youngest daughter drove home from NS to Ontario and stayed her the night before you closed down. She described it as somewhere she felt safe and comfortable in a time of uncertainty. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel welcome every time , see you again!
